Do not purchase from this company they are very unprofessional, unreliable and dishonest I recieved an item that was no where near the pictures on the website it was very disappointing and unsatisfactory quality when requesting a refund they did not respond to any e-mails calls or messages an seem to disappear when i returned the item back and I said i will be reporting the company only then they responded to which they refused a refund because the necklace was apparently tangled and will only refund if I take reviews off, I do not know what sort of customer service they are running but it is ridiculous
